In the United Kingdom, Indeez is deemed authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The nature and extent of consumer protections may differ from those for firms based in the UK. Details of the Temporary Permissions Regime, which allows EEA-based firms to operate in the UK for a limited period while seeking full authorisation, are available on the Financial Conduct Authority’s website at www.fca.org.uk. Indeez (‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’) would ask that you take the time to read our Terms of Use carefully as the aim of this document is to outline the terms on which we engage with our Users. These Terms of Use are liable to change from time to time, so we ask you to check on our website for the latest version. We have also added and will amend, the latest updated date for this document as any change is incorporated.

You acknowledge and understand that certain areas, features and services of the Site are restricted to paid subscribers and/or registered users. Unless you are a paid subscriber and/or registered user, your license to access and use of the Site and Services may be restricted and limited to only those areas, features and services provided at no charge. All rights not herein expressly granted are hereby expressly reserved to Indeez SAS and its affiliates and licensors. Except for the limited rights of access and use granted hereunder, no other right, title or interest to the Services or any intellectual property right pertaining thereto is granted under these Terms of Use.
Indeez may provide Site Users with hypertext links to access third party websites. Indeez has no control over the content of third party websites and therefore assumes no responsibility for such sites. You agree that Indeez shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any information, goods or services available on or through any such Site. If you decide to access any of the third party Sites linked to Indeez site and all its sub domains, this is at your own risk.
Indeez tries to ensure that all of the information provided on this Site is correct at the time it is included on the Site, but does not make any representation or warranty that the content or information available on this Site is complete, accurate or available or that the services offered on this Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free,. In addition, Indeez does not offer any advice or make any recommendations regarding the Platform or the Services, and accordingly does not warrant or represent that (i) the Services offered on this Site will meet your requirements, demands, needs or expectations or (ii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
Indeez SAS and its shareholders and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of business, loss of use or of data, interruption of business, lost profits or goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind arising out of these Terms of Use, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such loss and whether or not they had any knowledge, actual or constructive, that such damages might be incurred. This exclusion includes, without limitation, any liability that may arise out of third-party claims against you. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes a party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You acknowledge that Indeez SAS or its designees has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Site, Services or Company Content, but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Site and Services, to ensure your compliance with these Terms of Use, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental or regulatory body. Indeez SAS reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Company Content, Third Party Materials, and any User Submissions, that Company, in its sole discretion, considers to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the Site or Services.
During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorised purposes. Use of this Site, authorised or unauthorised, constitutes consent to such monitoring. For more information, please read Your Data and Privacy section.
Indeez collects and processes Personal Data for the following reasons:
We process any personal information that you provide to us via our online forms inline with our Privacy Policies, which includes our cookie policy. There is more information in the Registration and Password section and in Your Data and Privacy section.
We receive commission from insurers and product providers. Any commission we receive will be paid by the insurer or product provider from the total insurance coverage premium. Indeez SAS does not charge any additional fees (payable by User) for handling User’s insurance unless we have agreed these with the User in advance of the transaction.
User is responsible for paying the premium in full up front unless stated otherwise. This payment is non refundable in certain circumstances.
Payments are completely secure on our site thanks to the online payment system of our partner Stripe, a level 1 PCI / DSS certified payment solution (the highest level of security to pay online). The card / bank details the User enters on our platform are encrypted. In addition, they are only processed by Stripe and are never in Indeez SAS’s possession. When you enter your payment card details for your purchases on our platform, you transmit the information to Stripe. You can read Stripe’s documents here:

You can make a request for the cancellation of a policy anytime. Paid Users have a space dedicated to view their policies and can do this on the Platform.
In the event of cancellation, charges for our services will apply in accordance with the ‘Payments’ section above.
In circumstances where we feel we cannot continue providing services to you, we will contact you and attempt to rectify the situation on no less than two occasions. In situations where the situation is not rectifiable we will inform you of our decision to end the business relationship and this will happen during a discussed time frame dependent on the reason for termination.
Business will not be terminated without first informing the User, the policyholder of the reason for termination.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if our relationship ends, any transactions previously initiated will be completed according to our Terms of Use.
You will be liable to pay for any transactions concluded prior to the end of our relationship unless stated otherwise.
Indeez SAS reserves the right to deny User access and use of the Site and/or supply of the Services at the same time as terminating the agreement between us. The sections Payments, No Warranties, Limited Liability, Indemnity, Cancellation/Termination and General shall survive the termination of these Terms of Use.
To access and use the areas, features and services of the Site and Application restricted to Paid User and/or registered users, you must enter into a Paid Agreement and/or register online providing a unique username and password and other information, as applicable. When entering into a paid Agreement and submitting Registration Information, you agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username or password. You agree to (i) immediately notify Indeez SAS of any unauthorised use of your username or password or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
In regard to all Payments, Content and Services that are not authored by Indeez, Indeez does not screen such third-party content available on Indeez or through other sources. Indeez assumes no responsibility or liability for such third party content.
In the case of customers in the United Kingdom, these Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and in relation to any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, we both irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

During Claims: Documentation wrt to Claims this includes but is not limited to hospital certificate, Covid positive certificate, medical expenses.

We also limit as much as we can, the amount of information that is passed on to those who require to make business decisions for you based on your information.

Your data is kept and stored for the entire duration of their processing on AWS servers located in Ireland and Germany, in the European Union.
They may also be hosted on the servers of Amazon Web Services, located in the United States.
