Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a high energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Indeez development. The role will oversee Indeez talent needs and implement the external recruitment strategy. Very good knowledge of start-up market and related jobs is a must-have.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is at the heart of Indeez people development and growth.

To do this, you source, hunt and select the profiles that can meet our staffing needs.

Your objective is to follow the recruitment plan by recruiting the right profiles/talents.

You are responsible for the end-to-end cycle recruitment processes, including on-boarding with a strong focus on the candidates’ experience. The role will work closely with Head of HR and the Indeez Leadership Team on managing the hiring process

Reporting to the HR Leader, your key responsibilities are :

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Plan and implement the company talent acquisition strategy (how many people to be recruited over a year, the priority levels, the expertise needed, validation of the feasibility, advice on job specificities, job/skills in tension…)
    • Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
    • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Benchmark and market intelligence:
    • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
    • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
    • Keep up to date and proactively look for talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
  • Sourcing, qualification, interview:
    • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
    • Manage talent pools to identify qualified candidates for future opportunities
    • For each of the open positions, source applications on all possible channels (job boards, LinkedIn tools, external LinkedIn tools, external service provider …)
    • Select the right profiles and contact them
    • Lead interviews and candidates’ assessment
  • Serve as an Indeez ambassador :
    • At various events like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
    • Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
    • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
    • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Administration: administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees and day to day key processes for existing employees
  • Reporting and monitoring :
    • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
    • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics aligned with Indeez hiring needs and organizational goals

Your qualifications - Restless about attracting and recruiting our tomorrow’s talents

  • Proven work experience in Start-up environment, Insurance and/or working with Gig economy, digital platform, or InsurTech or Fintech is a must have!
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for (3-5) year(s), including skills mapping
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods and full cycle recruitment processes
  • Business partner mindset
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Self starter and strong ownership – willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Contract: full-time contract; Compensation: competitive package based on skills and experience
