Our mission at Indeez is to make independent work sustainable, helping these women and men become a growing economic force in society.

The diverse Indeez team brings strong experience from insurance, payments, banking, e-commerce and sharing economy; and have previously pioneered the largest gig protection programs globally for the likes of Uber and BlaBlaCar. We are backed by world-class investors such as Elaia Ventures, Mosaic Ventures and seasoned angels from Uber, Lyft, Tesla, Facebook, etc

We work with digital labor marketplaces to protect the income and livelihood of their communities against everyday downsides; for example think of a Deliveroo rider victim of a roadside accident or a Brigad chef suffering a severe sickness.

Your mission

Do you have a passion for products? Are you an innovator? We are looking for a high energy Product Manager Intern that will help us to build from the ground and roll out the next big innovative solutions to gig workers!

Your role and impact for the business

The Product Manager Intern will have the opportunity to participate in building from scratch new products and influence the entire strategy and trajectory of our start-up.  You will be fully responsible for the entire life cycle of your line of Product, from product scoping to execution.  You will do so by investigating customers’ needs through market studies and research, and by working together with our Business Development, Tech and Marketing teams to launch the most innovative solutions for our customers. Primary deliverables of this role include but not limited to:

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap
• Research & benchmark: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs/experience of your line of Product through necessary research, surveys etc.
• Product launch: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Define, prioritize and write the tasks necessary for the execution of your roadmap
• Communicate and explain the new tasks to the Tech team

Background and experience

• Top tier schools and universities: including Grandes Écoles d’Ingénieurs and Grandes Ecoles de Commerce
• You would ideally have distinct or previous experience demonstrating analytical, reporting and research abilities (e.g., consulting, strategy, m&a, or other)
• Previous experience demonstrating roll-up-sleeve mindset (e.g., associations, entrepreneurship, or other)

More specifically:

• 6 months internship minimum starting June or July 2022
• Monthly contribution: 1200€
