YOUR MISSION: CREATE THE NEXT BIG INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS TO GIG WORKERS !
We are looking for a high energy business leader to drive product management! This leadership role will have the opportunity to build from scratch and influence the entire strategy and trajectory of our start-up by identifying, building and rolling out the next big innovative solutions to gig workers. You will need to demonstrate strategic thinking and conceptual skills but also robust analytical and project management skills. You are comfortable managing different stakeholders and can influence them to execute successfully on your product vision. The Head of Product is at the heart of Indeez development and growth. The leadership role is both strategic and operational.
The role is leading the product strategy, planning and execution throughout the Product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with technical support, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Key responsibilities :
- Research & benchmark: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs/experience through necessary research, surveys etc.
- Strategy & roadmap : Translate business strategy into product strategy and own it end to end
- Product launch : Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Financial & profitability: Manage product profitability, commercial success and own business case
- Product marketing : Manage product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - Restless about raising the bar!
- 10+ years of proven work experience in product management in Insurance and/or working with Gig economy, digital platform, or InsurTech or Fintech experience
- Strategic leader passionate about future of work and gig economy
- Strong leadership experience of working with different internal/external stakeholders including offshore technical developers, matrix organisation etc
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, driving insights from data, research and business intelligence.
- Self starter and strong ownership – willingness to roll- up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Masters degree or equivalent preferred or direct relevant experience to substitute the same

- Contract: full-time contract; Compensation: competitive package based on skills and experience
