Business Leader – Client Management and Operations

YOUR MISSION: Your ability to create impact is limited only by your ambition
Oversee business and financial operations in working with Indeez external partners. This would include managing the target operating model on various client opportunities with insurance carriers, TPAs and third-party service providers among others.
- Design, implement and manage a cohesive financial and operational strategy and ensure operational efficiency globally for Indeez as a world class broker
- Manage strategic business operations including the development and adoption of best practices, policies and procedures
On a day to day basis
- End to end client implementations: manage and lead client implementations work-streams, including technology, claims, customer support, payments, reporting, and reconciliations, with the client but also with insurance carriers and third party service providers
- Market readiness: ensure and maintain Indeez readiness as a registered broker with preferred insurance carriers on legal, compliance, regulatory and other elements of due diligence
- Work with technology and product teams to automate Operation processes (policy administration, financial and claims flows, customer support)
- TPA Management and other third party service providers
- Support evolution of Indeez strategic growth plan
- Manage and evolve TOM with insurance carriers and other service providers
- Reporting: develop and report on key business (shareholder and customer) metrics
- Develop and report on detailed operational metrics to internal and external stakeholders – not limited to number of subscriptions, claims, frauds, support, payments and reconciliation
- Forecasting and budgeting resourcing and budgets for new client implementation and current client expansions
- Client pricing and profitability
- Manage client and partner level P&L reporting
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - Restless about raising the bar!
- Minimum 5+ years of operations experience in financial services (fintech and insurtech) or working for digital players; Additional experience working in claims operations or Broker operations would be a be a plus.
- Strong demonstrated project management skills, critical eye for detail and conversant with project management tools and mastery in MS office is critical.
- Analytical mindset, ability to deal with large amounts of data, manage complex and chaotic situations, while remaining calm, structured; and lead cross-functional teams through delivery consistently.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a rapid and iterative development environment and ability to lead engineering teams by action. Flexibility will be key in terms of shrinking timelines and evolving customer needs (remember: we are b2b2c and b2c).
- Big picture strategic thinker. Strong written and verbal communication skills to persuade partners.
- Curiosity to go out of comfort zone to learn new skills, collaborate with colleagues without direct authority, towards problem solving and meeting Indeez goals.
