You will receive a confirmation email which will include your policy number and documents. You will also find a link to cancel your policy if you change your mind, and other helpful details.
To benefit from #CoviSure insurance, you must be an independent worker and:
This means that you have been living continuously in the UK for at least 3 months when you take out the policy. Residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not covered by the policy.
#CoviSure isn’t designed to cover you if:
You will have up to 14 days after your policy purchase to cancel the policy.
If you choose to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period (we will be very sad to see you go but will respect your choice!), we will refund your premium in full so long as no claims have been made. Policies cannot be cancelled after the initial 14 days cancellation period has expired.

You are the only person covered. The policy is not extended to family or relatives.

In case of admittance to hospital and/or to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) due to COVID-19 infection you will need to provide the hospital certificate you are given on discharge specifying the reason for and the dates of the hospitalisation.
If you are unable to work in your usual occupation due to COVID-19 infection you will need to provide a copy of your COVID-19 PCR test result and to obtain an isolation note from the NHS: https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/
We make claims digital and fast. If the information provided is clear and accurate, the claim can be processed in as little as 5 days. This varies from case to case.
