Strategy and Business Development Analyst (6 month internship)

Indeez launched operations in summer of 2020 and today we are a team of about 15 people across 3 continents.

We are looking for a high energy analyst for 6 months starting January 2022 in Paris, passionate about strategy and Business Development topics. She/he would work with primarily with the Partnerships Director on a variety of exciting topics such as:

  • Strategic Business Analysis: Perform market watches, research and analysis to identify key prospects. Ad-hoc deep dive analysis on prioritized players
  • Business Development: support the team gaining new business partnerships. This involves business sizing, product design, sales pitches, crafting marketing campaigns and messaging
  • Business Implementation: support the team building bespoke insurance programs, coordinating the design and go-to-market between the client, the insurer, the law firms, tech team, etc.
  • Marketing: launching Surveys and building Social media groups for Indeez to help us develop a community strategy. Helpling in Enhancements to the website, communications, tracking of relevant events etc

What can you expect as an Indeez analyst?

About You

  • Background and experience
    • Top tier schools and universities: including Grandes Écoles d’Ingénieurs and Grandes Ecoles de Commerce
    • You would ideally have distinct experience Previous experience demonstrating analytical, reporting and research abilities (e.g. consulting, strategy, m&a, or other)
    • Previous experience demonstrating roll-up-sleeve mindset (e.g. associations, entrepreneurship, or other)
  • Skills and competencies
    • You are perfectly fluent in English;
    • You are a fast learner, curious, problem solver
    • You have great communication skills whether it be face to face, through phone or email
    • You have excellent organizational skills and you are able to manage multiple fast-moving projects at once
    • You are able to work under tight deadlines
    • You are flexible; we are a young startup and you will be designing lots of fun things
    • You are a good team player

Compensation

  • Compensation: you will be offered a monthly compensation including restaurant tickets and 50% of your travel pass.

  • Location: 16 rue de Washington – 75008 Paris (dedicated offices in a nice co-working space)
